Custom Pop Up Costume Closet

Chicago Costume is often hired to setup a "costume closet" where your guests can shop to buy or "rent" a costume for the evening, and we can travel throughout Chicago or across the USA.

Kids Birthday Parties

We have tons of kid friendly mascot costumes and princess / superhero costumes to rent! We can also provide an actor to wear the costume, play games or songs and interact with the guests! Contact us for costume availability, we are always getting in new characters. See more here 

In Store Events

Whether you are planning a bachelorette party, private shopping party, or promotional event- host your next event at Chicago Costume! We have two year round locations that can be perfect for groups of 20-300 for private shopping, and we can bring in outside vendors for catering if needed.

Theme Parties

Invite your guests to shop with Chicago Costume, we can make sure all the theme related costumes, wigs, hats and accessories are available to shop or rent. We also work with some talented makeup artists that can be hired to makeup your guests!

Holiday Characters

We have a large inventory of high quality Santa Claus & Mrs Claus costumes, Easter Bunnies, Leprechauns, Zombies & Monsters, and other holiday characters to rent. We also can provide actors to wear the costume and interact with the guests!

Custom Costume Design & Creation

Not only do we rent and sell costumes, we are also your source for custom costume design & creation and Corporate and Special Event rentals. Chicago Costume was founded by Mary Hickey, a costume designer and she has started Amazing Mascots.
