• All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive communication by email from our warehouse with 24 hours if an item is oversold, there is a question about your order or it is a special order.

• All orders are shipped and delivered on business days only (Monday-Friday). Orders cannot be shipped to arrive on a Saturday or Sunday, so plan accordingly or call our warehouse to discuss shipping options.

Chicago Costume offers Free In-Store pickup!

Orders processed online can choose to ship to an address using UPS or USPS, or Chicago-based customer can choose the Free In-Store pickup in the Chicagoland area at our  stores.

Orders typically take 24 hours to process, and customers will receive an email when orders ship or are ready to pick up at a store.

Canadian Shipping UPS and USPS

• Most Canadian orders ship within 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Please note that delivery times for Canadian shipments are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs.

• Additional fees and taxes may be assed by customs in Canada.

• Please note: due to licensing restrictions and size constraints, some products are only available for shipping in the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.

International Shipping FedEx International and USPS

• Please allow 8-20 business days for international delivery, depending on destination.

• Please note that delivery times for International shipments are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for packages delayed by customs. Additional fees and taxes may be assed by customs.
