How do I determine my size?

Look over the product details for specific size information, and refer to the Size Charts for the majority of the brands we carry. If you are able, come in to one of our stores to try the costume on, or email us to ask more details about the costumes.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased through your website or store?

No, all purchases are considered final sales, and we do not process exchanges. Please ask us any questions about fit, material, makeup application, or stop into one of our Chicago stores to try an item on.

When will I receive my order?

We will process all web orders within one business day, except for holidays. After you make your online order, and choose your shipping option you will receive tracking number and approximate delivery details from the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, you will be able to select an appropriate carrier for international delivery.
