Gift Cerfiticates

Chicago Costume does sell gift certiciates for merchandise sold online and in our stores. Certificates bought in our stores cannot be used online. Each gift certicate bought online will have a unique code number that can applied to an online purchase.

• Recipients will receive the Electronic Gift Certificate within minutes after the order is placed.

• Gift Certificates can only be redeemed for products sold on www.chicagocostume.com 

• Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Gift Certificate expires one year after issued.

Coupon Codes

Chicago Costumes does perodically publish coupon codes for customer discounts or free shipping. If you have a Coupon Code you will need to enter it on the Shopping Cart screen (see graphic below)

FAQ

How do I determine my size?

Look over the product details for specific size information, and refer to the Size Charts for the majority of the brands we carry. If you are able, come in to one of our stores to try the costume on, or email us to ask more details about the costumes.

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased through your website or store?

Please ask us any questions about fit, material, makeup application, or stop into one of our Chicago stores to try an item on.

Please note: tights and hosiery, leotards, wigs, theatrical makeup, brushes and tools, giftcards, and items from our Clearance section are all Final Sale.

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

We will process all web orders within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received by 2:00pm Central Time will be packed and shipped out that day.

You will receive an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number and approximate delivery details from the carrier.

If you need your order by a specific date, use the Order Comments in the checkout.

Do we ship internationally?

Yes, you will be able to select an appropriate carrier for international delivery.

Do we sell halloween-style contact lenses?

No, in the state of IL retail stores are not legally allowed to sell contact lenses, you must order and purchase contact lenses through an optometrist with a valid perscription. For safety and sanitation we recommend talking with your eye doctor, or you can order them through:
